Because every order is printed on demand just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your satisfaction matters and we'll always make it right if something goes wrong.

We offer a free replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a print quality issue (fading, misalignment, or incorrect design)
  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [your email address] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout (please check our size guide before ordering)
  • Change of mind after the order has been placed
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve it with the carrier.

EU and UK customers: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under consumer protection law, unless the item has been personalised or made to order.
